Services
Mold remediation & water damage cleanup, done honestly.
Two things, done right: getting rid of mold for good, and drying out water damage before it becomes mold. Serving all of NH and the Merrimack Valley, MA.
Mold remediation
Remove it, fix the cause, keep it gone
Mold comes back when the moisture source isn’t fixed. Jeremy finds the source first, then removes the mold and treats the area so it stays gone.
- Find the moisture source (leak, ventilation, humidity)
- Contain the area so spores don’t spread through the house
- Remove mold and damaged porous materials
- Treat surfaces to prevent regrowth
- Written scope and price before work starts
- 3-year warranty that transfers if you sell
Attic mold
The most common mold we see in New Hampshire
Bathroom fans venting into the attic, blocked soffits, and ice dams trap moisture under the roof. It’s fixable, and often less scary than it looks.
- Honest assessment of how much is really there
- Remediation of sheathing and rafters
- Ventilation recommendations so it doesn’t return
- Fast scheduling when a home sale is on the line
Basement mold
Musty smell, staining, or mold on walls and framing
Basements in NH fight humidity, seepage and past flooding. We clean up what’s there and help you understand why it happened.
- Moisture readings to find wet areas you can’t see
- Removal of moldy drywall, insulation or carpet
- Cleaning and treatment of framing and surfaces
- Practical advice on dehumidifiers and drainage
Water damage & burst pipes
Fast cleanup so water doesn’t turn into mold
A burst pipe, a failed sump pump, or a flooded basement needs fast, proper drying. Jeremy answers at night and on weekends.
- Water extraction and removal of wet materials
- Professional drying with moisture readings until it’s truly dry
- Mold prevention treatment
- Photos and documentation for your insurance claim
- Jeremy can join your call with the adjuster

Service questions
Do sellers have to pay up front?
No. If you’re selling your home, you can pay at closing. Jeremy does the work before the closing date and is paid when the sale closes, and the 3-year warranty transfers to your buyer.
What’s the difference between mold removal and mold remediation?
Removal just cleans what you can see. Remediation finds and fixes the moisture source, contains the area, removes or treats affected materials, and keeps the mold from coming back.
Will insurance cover water damage?
Sudden damage like a burst pipe is often covered. We document everything with photos and moisture readings for your claim, and Jeremy can join your call with the adjuster.
How fast can you get here?
Usually the same day, often within about an hour in southern NH and the Merrimack Valley. For water emergencies, call or text anytime.
Not sure what you’re looking at?
Text Jeremy a photo. If it’s minor, he’ll tell you, and how to handle it yourself.
